Hannah L. Goldberg MSN, NP

Hannah is a Psychiatric Mental Health NursePractitioner and is board-certified in Psychiatry by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She specializes in the treatment of children and adolescents, with an interest in Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and early-onset psychosis.

Hannah graduated with Honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She then specialized in the medical care of children, earning a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Masters of Science degree at the University of Illinois-Chicago. Hannah then specialized further on the psychiatric care of children, earning a Post-Masters of Science degree from the University of St. Francis, where she completed her training as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

Having completed training and licensure as a nurse practitioner in both general pediatrics and psychiatric mental health, Hannah has been privileged to work in some of the most prestigious pediatric institutions in the country. She spent five years working as a registered nurse for Child and Adolescent Health Associates (CAHA), an outpatient general pediatric clinic affiliated with the esteemed Anne & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. For the past six years, Hannah has been working as an outpatient Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA), one of the top five pediatric hospitals in theUnited States.

At CHLA, Hannah provided psychiatric care to individuals aged 6-26 years with complex psychiatric and medical conditions.  In addition to her clinical role at CHLA, Hannah held administrative, educational and supervisory roles. She taught multiple lectures in general psychiatry to an audience of general pediatricians and developmental behavior pediatricians at the CHLA Collaborative Office Rounds.

Hannah has served as a clinical preceptor for psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner students from both Johns Hopkins University and Duke University. She also participated as a clinician-researcher in an ongoing, randomized control study evaluating treatment protocols for children with anxiety.
